What happened to the last month?
I can not believe that we have almost blown through another year. This is exactly why I think people
are so stressed out. Everyone has been stressed but it appears that over the last month the stress has gone from the norm
to ballistic levels. The
biggest thing is financial. No one has any extra money. That creates stress all on its own, especially if you’re not
even able to catch up because you’re slightly behind. So many of the people I have spoken to recently have lost jobs
that they have invested 15 or more years in! That totally blows me away! I can’t even empathize that
you invest years of your life with a company and they toss you out like trash! This is hindering people
from being motivated and having the confidence necessary to go out and sell themselves. If you’re
one of those suffering right now trying to decide how and what to do about your employment, even if you’re having a
hard time trying to maintain a positive mind set, the Universe always after closing a door or chapter for us opens the doors
that end up being exactly what we need. You may not be able to see the doorway; however, know in your heart that it is there! Bouncing to my next subject… Since money is so tight
for ALL right now, this may be a fantastic time for us to get back to the real meaning of the Holidays! The
Universe is trying to get the human race to start living a lifestyle they can afford! Hence the amount of home foreclosures
and recent rise of car repossessions! When the Universe tries to realign our priorities, suffering occurs.
We have to start living within our financial means. If you don’t have the cash, don’t buy it.
If you can’t pay off that credit card balance at the end of the month, don’t charge it. For those of you
who have needed credit to survive over the last year or so, this really doesn’t apply to you. I do understand. Out of
this experience the previous statement should be the new way to live once your finances get back on tract! The Holidays are
meant to be with family, friends, and those we cherish or care for. You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to make
a nice Holiday for your family. Make it memorable. Young adults and children have to be taught the Spiritual
Lessons, which comes back to learning them from the adults in their lives. We have the ability to manage our stress- is the point of this message and you can allow it to affect your mental,
physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Is this going to change the outcome? No! Can we choose how we allow
circumstances to effect us? SURE! Can we be proactive and not allow any challenge to make us feel run over by the big life
bus? Absolutely. Don’t give in or up!!!!!!!! “Do not take life’s experiences too seriously. Above all, do not let them hurt you, for in reality they
are nothing but experiences”…..”If circumstances are bad you have to bear them, do not make them a part
of yourself.” “Play your part in life, but never forget that it is only a role.” Paramahansa
Yogananda Par-a-gram.
