"But now I hold my head up high And you see me, somebody new... I Will Survive!" Gloria Gaynor April
2009 Blog We made it through another month. Some of
you may still have your minds in tact. While others are certainly on the edge and a few went over just to see what was on
the other side. No matter what the conditions surrounding each of our individual "dramas" we've survived. The year is barely into full swing and anytime we turn on
the news or listen to single day's events it's not looking like we have a lot to maintain a positive outlook for. There is definitely an energy shift taking place. How we
adapt to the flow of day to day and month to month shifts depends specifically on what we implement in our daily lives to
maintain our sanity. I have talked to a lot of you
who choose not to watch the news or listen to the negative. That's fine as long as while doing so this is not a technique
to keep your head in the sand. Sometimes we need
to listen, but for better understanding, rather than retaining the negative. I think that it is interesting the one thing that I keep hearing over and over is that everyone is having major
problems sleeping. Quieting the mind is essential.
Reading, yoga, meditation are all body-mind and spirit quenchers. It is not selfish to take time to yourself to do any
of these things. Pick the one that works for you
and that you'll stick with. YOU ARE WORTH IT! Working
out can help, but not if it is increasing your anxiety. Eating healthy will keep the body chemically in tact. Supplements are also a necessity. Even if you are in tip
top shape, stress eats up vitamin "B". Minerals are also lacking. A good multi vitamin and a good multi
mineral supplement will make a huge difference. Take your multi in the AM. Minerals work best while the body's resting so take those prior to bed time. The other thing is remember to smile at someone through out the day. You'll see that
a warm smile is always reciprocated. Try this exercise with the one person at work or home who is being a total jerk
to you that day and it will diffuse the tension. The
final thing is Laugh! There are going to be days when you certainly could care less, but, Laughter is really good for the
soul. They say that is the easiest form of mental health care. So this month let's all try to put it to the test. Until Next Month... L

"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one, I hope someday you will join us, and the world will live as one." John
Lennon March 2009 This month it may feel that you are constantly running around in "FOG". You
may have a sense that something disastrous is about to occur. This feeling is temporary. There really isn't anything coming
that you can't handle. However the Universe may be forcing some to handle things that we have not confronted or dealt with
for one reason or another. Once we face what ever
the big bad drama is we can move on to better perspectives. This
month will have a few crazy planetary alignments only adding to the blinders coming off. Dreams will play a key role over the next few weeks. Sometimes our dreams can be an
indication of things to come. In this case our dreams may be helping our subconscious to release old mental layers that need
to be healed. Dreams may also release old anger so
that you don't go postal in your day to day life. Keeping
a dream journal by your bedside and writing down keys. "Color", "Numbers", "Places', "Faces".
These all may have signs and symbols that have nothing to do the way the dream unfolds.
Some images may be disturbing even "SCARY". It never really means
what our movie minds think. Anyone who experiences
violence in dreams has old scars that come out in intense ways. Don't be afraid let it all go and welcome this mental house cleaning. If you dream often you may want to invest in a dream book to use as a reference to what is going on inside. A
really good one is The Dream Book by: Betty Bethards. You
are always welcome to email me with dream details and I will be happy to help you decipher the pieces.
Until next month! L
