We're all being guided now to get in touch with our spiritual side.  Some of you have been whirling in a constant state of the unknown for a while now.  This is only adding to a global state of confusion.

Over the last year or so, we have experienced financial challenges (globally) and unexpected changes without warning.  Some have lost long- term employment; others have seen endings in relationships personal and/or intimate after years of precious time were invested.

We could do the obvious- become isolated and depressed.  Sadness would be a natural human response, mourning a chapter of our lives that has finished; however, the way the Universe really wants us to interpret these unexpected transformations is to ask what the direction you should choose to move forward?

Upon asking for direction and/or answers, we have to be prepared to do the work in order to achieve the outcome we will be guided to. "Be careful of what you wish for".  The ironic thing is that we're all very intelligent spiritual beings; yet, it's this essence of "playing" the human role in which we currently find ourselves cast which heightens the less attractive traits of: FEAR, DOUBT, GUILT, INSECURITY, JEALOUSY, AND ADDICTION. We need to recognize that these emotions can literally paralyze any positive manifestations we're trying to accomplish.

This year, we can truly change our thinking and achieve our purpose in the Universe. Begin by setting your bar high and your standards even higher.  Make sure to cancel out any negative thoughts that creep into your mind, specifically to undermine your best intentions. This is only a brick wall that will continue to delay getting your results.

The battle will always be won by staying positive and constantly in white light. This will not be easy. We have to realign our minds to cancel out the mental drama, and continue no matter how uncertain things feel. Finally and most importantly, we must stop being our own worst enemy! It's easy to run and hide, blame others and circumstances for our failures, but the true test of ones true faith is to prevail.  One's success is measured by their ability to succeed no matter what adversity he or she is facing.

The month starts out with a bang. Mercury the planet that rules communication will go into it's second retrograde on the 6^th of May and will continue through out the entire month until the 30^th. 

When Mercury is in retrograde we can only try to prepare for the unexpected events that occur during this time. However, there is always something that shows up out of no where and, leaves you with that "deer in the headlights "   look on your face.

Mercury is the planet that rules Gemini and Virgo born individuals. They are the signs that will experience the most impact.

When it comes to Mercury no one is safe. All aspects of our lives deal with communications in some way. Our jobs, our personal relationships, and day to day life come into play here.

The things that you may want to be aware of while under these influences: This is not the best time to sign any legal documents or contracts. If you have to conclude any of these matters, make sure to read all documents extra carefully before signing.

It is not the best time to purchase any electronic or mechanical items. The item even if brand new would be a lemon or have problems.

While Mercury is in retrograde, car accidents & tickets are extremely heightened.  Slow down and pay attention.

This is also where you would have problems with any electronics, cell phones, computers, and house hold appliances are sure to break down or act like they're under demonic influences.

You can burn a retrograde candle to lesson some of the impact, but being on your toes is a big part of handling any potential drama.

You can make a Mercury Retrograde Candle by taking a glass enclosed BLUE candle and with a

GOLD maker draw  the symbol of Mercury   on the outside of the glass and burn it through out the entire retrograde.
