All readings are available via Phone or in person at our Office.

In-Person Readings:

No pre-payment required for in-person visits. Payments are CASH ONLY.

Booking Process for In-Office Visits:

1. Call Lori’s Guiding Star at 702-260-0301 to schedule an in-person reading

2. Leave a voice message with your appointment requests

3. Lori will return your call to schedule appointment within 24 business hours

Phone Readings:

Pre-Payment on lorisguidingstar.com is required for phone readings to secure an appointment.

 Click on ‘Purchase Reading Services to provide all required information

Booking Process for Phone Readings: 

1. Please read/complete Purse Reading Agreement on website

                          - This agreement will be automatically emailed and kept on file at Lori’s Guiding Star

2. Complete purchase by selecting appointment duration

3. Make payment via payment screen (PayPal or Debit/Credit Card)

- PayPal is our processor for Shopping Cart transactions.

- You may use any credit card of your choice with PayPal.

                                                                          - To prevent online fraud, PayPal has upgraded its verification systems to provide enhanced security for transactions.

4. With confirmation #, call Lori’s Guiding Star at 702-260-0301 to finish booking appointment (you may also receive email from Lori’s Guiding Star” prompting you to call to finish booking appointment)

- Leave a voice message with the following details:

- First & Last Name

- Phone Number

- PayPal Confirmation Number

5. Lori will return your call to finalize and schedule the appointment within 24 business hours

- Please note: Appointments will not be scheduled without confirmation of pre-payment.

Courtesy Reminders:

We provide a courtesy reminder of your appointment at least 24 business hours in advance.

We kindly ask for the same courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Reading Purchase Agreement

By purchasing services from Lori's Guiding Star, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement:

The Buyer affirms that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only:

The readings provided by Lori's Guiding Star are intended solely for entertainment purposes. The information and insights

provided during the reading are not intended to replace, nor should they be construed as, professional advice. The Buyer

understands and acknowledges that the reading does not constitute advice from medical, legal, financial, employment, or

any other qualified professionals.

3. Free Will and Responsibility:

The Buyer acknowledges that Free Will is a fundamental element in the outcomes presented during the reading. The Buyer

assumes full responsibility for all decisions made, whether actions or inactions, that may influence any of the outcomes discussed

during the session. The Buyer understands that psychic readings are not definitive, and the outcomes shared during the reading

may change based on the Buyer’s actions, decisions, or changes in circumstances.

4. No Guarantees:

The Buyer acknowledges that Lori's Guiding Star and Lori Schaefer do not make any guarantees with respect to the accuracy,

outcomes, or specific results of any psychic readings or insights provided. Since the Buyer’s actions and decisions can influence

the outcome, no guarantees or assurances can be made regarding the accuracy or finality of the information presented during the reading.

5. Non-Refundable Policy:

All readings provided by Lori's Guiding Star are non-refundable. The Buyer acknowledges that the payment made is for the time,

expertise, and services of Lori Schaefer and not for any guaranteed results. By purchasing a reading, the Buyer agrees that the

service is being provided based on time and not any specific outcome or result.

6. Refund Transaction Fees:

Customers will be responsible for any fees incurred due to refund transactions. These fees may include, but are not limited to,

bank processing fees, credit card company fees, or any other third-party service charges associated with processing the refund. 

Acknowledgment:

By purchasing a reading or services from Lori's Guiding Star, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood,

and agree to all terms outlined above.
